Pangaro is closer to the line than scrafty anyway, both being mammals rather than reptile scrafty.

Considered Flattery as an egg move (sp. A swagger) but nothing in the dex learns it.
Added Drain Punch as an egg move after seeing Scrafty learns it the same way.
DynamicPunch via Eluchadon as well, i like the idea of Hyekuza causing confusion as an example of its dirty fighting.
Punishment, Night Slash, and Hi Jump Kick added as egg moves. All match typing, and hopefully demonstrate its anything to win fighting, such as risk recoil.
