At one point there was a running joke where the OP would modify the "This thread is for the growth of artists" blurb to make it sound like a massive circlejerk because no one fucking reads the OP. There isn't a council that meets and decides on official rules for a drawthread. Arguing about irrelevant shit takes up more space and is more detrimental to the thread's well-being than whatever you deem a "spam request".
People who used to request the same thing once a thread often people wishing them luck on their request. Now it's a crime to politely ask for something. Stop antagonizing people who aren't doing anything wrong, it's not helping the thread any.
If you're bothered by something, hide or filter it. Don't shitpost. This isn't the place for that.
