>>41176633Nah, they actually should have just made Alolan Pikachu into Puka. Pretty sure that's what Alolan Raichu was based off anyway, too much of a coincidence that it has blue eyes, is psychic, and surfs. They could just make it a bit darker if they want, but honestly I don't find any issues with just having it be a slightly different looking Pikachu that doesn't fully look different until evolution. Works better than just a regular Pikachu.
