Why is Golem so perfect?
Like to lead off with an Adamant, Sturdy Golem, with 252 Attack EVs and holding a Custap Berry. First turn use Power-Up Punch; the opponent almost always takes Golem to 1HP. Then second turn Explosion. It's never failed for me yet.
