Starting with the basic fan theories - KangasCubone relationship is happening. Kangaschan is being added as a prevo. Level it up while it holds a special item (possibly a skull, possibly that bone one that already exists) and it evolves into regular Cubone then Marowak. Alternatively, I'm not sure whether to go with happiness or leveling up with a Kangaskhan in your party. Whichever one happens, the prevo would then evolve into a Cubone without the skull (here's a drawing I did last night) and then into a Kangaskhan.
