I just got done with the Looker side quests, and man, I wasn't too sure how to feel about this guy anymore. I hadn't played Platinum so I wasn't aware of his character.
Initially, I didn't like him. Don't know why. I just didn't. Something about him rubbed me the wrong way. Might have been the way he contacts you. Or maybe the way he makes you prove to him that you're worthy of his time/organization.

I grew to respect what he stood for, his beliefs, his determination, and his willingness to extend a hand to those in need.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJxa-y7xI2gBy the 5th Chapter I really grew fond of Looker and I felt bad for disliking a character, for no apparent reason, without giving him a chance. So when everything was finally resolved by the final chapter, I honestly felt sad that Looker was leaving Emma and my in-game character.
I have nothing but respect for Looker now. Still a little bummed out he doesn't stick around, but I hope in the next game he makes a return.
