This shit disturbs me man, the idea of shoving "traditional pokemon" into some magic online tier simulator (likely with pay to win elements) so we can keep getting mid-tier action games that have absolutely nothing to do with the franchise or its enjoyment for the majority of the fanbase is such an awful take.
I already hate the mindset that turn based games are "old fashioned" and should be replaced with action rpgs, this is essentially going to happen to pokemon if this shit keeps up. If we never get a good traditional pokemon game again after this I'm gonna mald for the rest of my life, i swear to god.
