Neutral-B : Shadow Ball. Like Mewtwo, but smaller and more powerful. Also, has a straight trajectory.
Side-B : Power Gem. Throws a barrage of gems, not very powerful but with reflective properties.
Up-B : Will-o-wisp. When used on the ground, Mismagius spins using little fireballs. The attack looks like Ring Cyclone from Colette, if you played Tales of Symphonia. When used in the air, it works like Link's Up-B. Either way, it's a neat combo move.
Down-B : Phantom Force. Pretty much like Meta-Knight but goes even further, however it's slower.
Final smash : Dark void. All grounded opponents are put to sleep, like Peach's final smash. They also slowly take damage while sleeping, and sleep duration depends on the distance from Mismagius.
Overall, Mismagius is fast and floaty but lacks power, pretty much like Mewtwo in Melee.
