>>23361404Will o' Wisp and Encore are definitely great, but I feel like you underrate Draining Kiss a little. It's certainly not amazing, but it does have some use with STAB and M-Garde's massive special attack. My biggest problem with it is that it's a Fairy-type move taking up space alongside another Fairy move (Hyper Voice), which hurts coverage.
>>23361456I've typically found that Draining Kiss is best to use on Pokemon that don't pose too much of a threat to M-Garde or as a finisher on something weak to get a free heal. I've also tried Shadow Ball as a filler move to deal with other Ghost/Psychic types, but Hyper Voice usually hits a lot harder than it even neutrally. Psyshock has been pretty useful so far though.
