Look at no-fun-allowed: the website, Metagross is BL along Florges and some other pokemons i dont care while Salamence of all things is UU

But yeah just give him Shift Gear and he would go to OU and maybe even Ubers if they changed his ability to something slightly better, like Levitate or Tough Claws, he wouldnt even give a shit about his nerfed Meteor Mash, how shitty Explosion is now or the lost resistances if he had Tough Claws

I guess two generations of being top tier was enough for him
