Most are available in BDSP, but this is effectively a list of pokemon who have been double-dexit'd — pokemon who are unavailable in both of the switch's "main games". It's actually a pretty small list now that all of the DLCs are out, assuming I'm not missing anyone. A lot of them seem to be gimmick mons. I found this list on another site btw, hopefully it's accurate, it looks accurate.
