So far they have changed abilities, changed attacks, given attacks, and buffed stats. I like all that, but I think for the sake of evening the playing field they should mellow out some of the extremer stats on Pokemon by either re-allocating points or straight up BST reduction.
For example,

>Toxapex
>Aegislash
>Mega Salamence
>Mega Lopunny
>Mega Charizard Y
Z-moves also present a problem when used by stronger Pokemon or setup Pokemon but they kinda shot themselves in the foot there. I do like Z-status moves and Z-charge-up attack moves for what they bring to the table though.
