I don't mean "Oh I made a few careless design choices whoopsie-daisy" I mean like "I'm an integral part of this massive franchise and I can literally retire whenever I want and be set the rest of my entire life, so I'm just gonna say whatever the fuck I feel like because I can't be fired and there is nothing we can do outside of criminal acts that would affect our sales."
There's no way anybody can look at what they're about to say and think "This will be good for our public image". Either that or they're absolutely terrible at saying things on the spot.
