>>51131521It pretty much is, there are even free plugins that do just that very fast. If the meshes have proper armature (it wouldn't surprise me if they skipped out on some mons but it's easy to fix) a team of five could do it in one slightly longer then ususal workday.
It's really that easy, and so lazy they probably don't even make sure all the animations are seamless - what do you think the glow is for? Hell, you can see it looks awkward on some mons even in the trailer, so just imagine an hitmonchan with the flying one on...
