Gen 4 was a whole new world when it came out. Sure it doesn't seem like much now because we're 13 years ahead of the technology back then.
Put yourself in our shoes. You loved pokemon, battling, trading your small group of friends, or maybe you didnt have friends, you were stuck playing against computers. But then D/P comes out and all of a sudden your can test your shit against other kids across the fucking planet. This, along with proper Phys/spec split finally happening was glorious.
If you can't agree, youre just an incompetent child that lacks the scope to see the magnitude of gen4's greatness.
