I've been trying to get into multiplayer ever since I finished the main story of Scarlet and it's been one of the most frustrating things I've ever experienced with a game. On Link Battles, I just end up dealing with people who spam legendaries, and on Casual battles in the Stadium, I just keep seeing the same meta teams over and over. How is either of those any sort of fun outside of an ego stroke? I just use Pokémon I actually give a shit about for fuck's sake.
