Zubat is reoccurring and probably a lock, I think it would be golbats first appearance though.

I wouldnt be surprised to see Hypno his 151 art is pretty reminiscent of trick or treating, and hes creepy as F.
Who do you think we'll see what cards do you want to see? Even if your not a 151 chad, maybe you PC a specific pokemon like Umbreon and you wanna see a variant.
