Sobble water gun is a mix/better version of squirtle/slowpoke water gun but it doesn't change the fact that if Sobble's water gun obtains any changes that hurts its lane game. Because unlike the shitty laners that are owl/cinder/frog/ralts/del/litwick, Sobble actually can hold its during lane or if it gets ganked on.
