I would murder for a Bug/Water diving bell spider, a Bug/Ground trapdoor spider, a Water/Fighting swordfish, a Water/Something dolphin, a hummingbird or a woodpecker Pokémon.

No it's not. Some of its features resemble a cetacean creature, but the fucker is based on an anglerfish.
