Boosts it’s next Electric move when it’s hit by a “wind move” like Tailwind or Air Slash. Thematically awesome, but super situational. Volt Absorb is better for the free immunity, though Competitive is also interesting considering that it looks like a primo special rain sweeper with 105 Sp. Att, 125 Speed, and Hurricane and Thunder.

Drizzle would be fantastic as a HA. Really hope they lean on the STORM in storm-petrel and give the line some weather and Water moves to round out its learnset.

Really hope it has stats and movepool to be decent. In my dreams it will learn Bolt Beak and have high speed, but I dare not expect that.
