Anyway, Jigglypuff and Wigglytuff availability in games I have tested so far:
>RBY - Route 3 after the first gym, Moonstone in Mt. Moon straight after it>GSC - Have to reset untill you roll Igglybuff from the mystery egg, haven't tried evolving it>RSE - Requires Surf HM, it's hidden in a 5x5 grass tile in the middle of nowhere, Moonstone at meteor falls>FRLG - Same as RBY, best game to use it in >DPPt - Requires a post-game savefile and willingness to suffer(or just getting Jigglypuff directly I suppose), Moonstone after Surf HM in Eterna City >HGSS - Can be found in the Safari Zone or same place as RBY/FRLG in Kanto, Moonstone at the Pokeathlon. That said transferring is the saner option here>BW and BW2 - Requires post-game, friendship grind is easier here I got Jiggs at Burgh. Moonstone in the first cave if you are lucky with the dust clouds>XY - Haven't tested it yet but apparently it's post-game or endgame>ORAS - Same as RSE>SM/USUM - Haven't tested yet, seems to be early enough >SwSh - Requires Isle of Armor DLC, Moonstone in the wild area>LGPE - Same as RBY>SV - Only watched a video but they are getting yeeted around in Areas 2 and 3, moonstone in the same location.
