Pikachu's Thunderbolts most likely were not at full power after having to zap a Metagross for two minutes straight just to win, the Thunderbolts weren't even constant. They were quick and dirty hits that Charizard braced itself for. Why are you ignoring this Charizard fought Steven Stone's Metagross, 10-megas in a row and beat an E4 at the end, a Blastoise from another E4 members, fucking Primal Legendaries?
