A Chinese forum claims that Misty & Poliwag and Yellow & Butterfree will be added next month as part of the Pokémon Masters EX x Manga collaboration. The manga chosen were Dengeki Pikachu and Pokémon Special.
They have only shared images of Misty. She is a Support/Tech that can innovate rain perpetually with no chance of the opponent changing weather. She is a bit similar to SS Kris, but she improves the abilities of the physical and special Sync Pairs. Yellow is a Tech, she can summon Bug Zone, she is very similar to Alder but better.
At the moment there are only images of Misty.
