All it has for special Rock STAB in a playthrough is fucking Ancient Power with its shitty-ass 60 BP going off a measly 99 Special Attack. Why is Game Freak so damn inept with movepools if the Pokémon in question isn't one of the regional shillmons. Mind you this is the same Pokémon that couldn't get Aurora Veil in gen 7 for some asinine reason that only Game Freak is capable of and lost Rock Polish in gen 8.
At least a bird can learn it despite its motif being that it drops rocks on people thus making Power Gem thematically inappropriate as the description of the move is that the user attacks with a ray of light made from gemstones, right?
