Garchomp was bred as Adamant with Substitute, Dual STAB and SD and Azelf was physical with Explosion Fire Punch Zen Headbutt and Protect, the others also had Protect for EQ/Explosion depending on switches etc. Azelf and Garchomp outspeed already 90% of the facility, only bullied by flinches and misses at best or paralysis.
Registeel can even set up on Heatran but sometimes the RNG crits even 4 times in a row your subs.
Azelf is a nuke in general can end removing all the three mons in singles with a finishing Explosion, also ends removing 2 mons out of 4 on turn 1 in doubles most of the time and heavily damages bulky Steel mons too.
Regice is Modest max HP max Sp Atk with Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast and either Protect or Icy Wind, sometimes I end dropping Focus Blast because the teammates cover its lack of coverage for Steel types.
