Anyway, best I can do is from a month ago when I hit 85% PR raw DL. Which I'm pretty happy about. Since then I haven't taken any pics other than group pics with some friends hitting lifts. I'm upset though cause last week I attempted 100% and failed. I gotta work on consistency so I've been supplementing with deficits and sumo. But it's hard to find gym time now cause I'm teaching myself a new program for work.
