My friend Ken was under Rocket Admin Lt. Surge and Al, also called Ryu was under Rocket Admin Sabrina.
If my memory of course serves me much, I don't remember much since that creeper Mask of Ice took over Team Rocket and brainwashed us. We ever helped to deliver precious Deoxys to Giovanni.
Team Rocket have so many high ranked members besides countless Grunts you don't have to remember everyone, so I'm not surprised by that fact.
