i dont think toby is a bad artist by any means, at his best be puts a lot of personality into his music that encapsulates the feel of the fight and/or character perfectly (Spamton's theme, Smart Race, Death by Glamour, Hopes and Dreams to name a few), but I doubt Gamefreak bigwigs will allow Toby to flex his talent as much as he usually gets working on other titles let alone his own games due to Gamefreak's habit of doing only the bare minimum of whats necessary
