If I were to comment on your image, I’d say I think it was a reference. There’s one told in RBY and another in RSE that have the exact same issue.
Given that it’s exactly one tile per game it’s probably just a fun Easter egg and homage without hurting anything, as you can just dismount and completely ignore it after that.
