I decided to buy a new deck too. Looked over the theme decks Walmart had and didn't like anything. Ended up buying a booster and popped it open. It was filled with every. single. one. of my bro's favorite pokemon. And not even good ones. Furfrou, Whismur, etc- total garbage that I know he's going to beg me for and I'm going to give because he'll love them more than me anyway.
