Surprised there hasn’t really been like a God of Nature type Gym/E4/Champ so I’d pull something like that with a laurel wreath and some robes. Team would probably be Grass and Ground types, with Torterra or Venusaur as the ace. Maybe I can even lean into Godzilla and Kaiju lore and have the theme be enforcing the “Law of Nature” through being among the pinnacle of fighting species within the ‘Earthen’ types. Gym would probably take place deep in some untouched raw forest or a nature preserve under a mountain.
