Compare it to Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn which all have very clearly have Japanese inspirations in their landmarks.
Sinnoh's landmass is clearly based on Russia and the mythos and Pokemon designs are clearly inspired from the mediterranean cultures. It's not even that subtle, but I wouldn't expect sub-70 IQ retards like yourselves to get it.
