I've liked every single pokemon game I have played. I liked sword and shield a lot, mostly on the first playthrough. I liked playing Gen 7 because of where I was in life and how I got it (Literally walked through a blizzard to the local target to buy it because the roads hadn't been plowed yet). Even X and Y were really enjoyable for me because of the variety of pokemon you could use. I usually hold my tongue in discussion of the games because I know that the last three gens have been bad, but I still liked them and play through them all the time.
