So anime viewers fill me in, jumped ship in early RS here, did anything ever come of the fact that Brock had been traveling with Ash thrice as long as anyone else? I remember liking the way he and Ash took charge against Shedinja-stache, and was glad he was still around to see Ash finally beat Paul (episode hopping, still in the dark). I can't imagine it would do much more than that, with the anime doing everything in its power to stifle its own continuity post-Johto.
