Alright guys help me out here. How the fuck do I evolve skrelp? I got one to lvl 444 before looking up how and found sound stuff saying it needed to know camouflage by lvl 37 to evolve, so I used a heart scale to relearn camouflage leveled it again and nothing happened, so I assumed I had to learn it by lvl 37 and got a new skrelp instead, kept camouflage on it and got it to lvl 37, but nothing happened. Now its lvl 39 and it still knows it. How the fuck do I evolve this thing?
