You don't just repeat the joke of the file in the filename, nor do you just name an unfavourable picture something like "that thing I don't like".
It works like this: you pick up a detail in the file, and rename it as something similar to that. I don't have a good Pokemon filename, but let me give you this as an example: the picture is something that looks to be something else at first until you further examine what it is. This reminds me of how icons look in Warcraft, where many players were puzzled what they were supposed to mean, and came to different results. To make the joke even better, I just saved the image as a thumbnail, because the icons in Warcraft were often unidentifiable due to them being tiny.
