I did also have a thought for an original regional variant of Scrafty as one of my initial ideas for the dude's region was basing it off either Newfoundland and the surrounding area, or Scandinavia, with the idea being for a fighting/ice type Scrafty with a cooler color scheme and its pants becoming larger and fashioned like a winter jacket, though I'm still very early in the planning stages when it comes to what I want the region to be like.
