Any region that you have to constantly spray repels to explore is objectively terrible design. And the worst part is this region was before the QoL auto-repel from gen 5, so you had to spray each one manually, lest you get constantly bombarded by pelliper, tentacruel, zubat, linoone and other random hoenn shitmons.
Also why the fuck does every hoenn mon have such a garbage stat distribution? People shit on johto all the time for having shitmons but hoenn is the absolute worst about it. Its like they purposely made every new mon suck cock and then made 2 pseudos to try and make up for it.
