Physical Bulk is almost the same as Rotom-W, but faster and hits for crits all the times. New move mean that you can use it just once and have a Dragon Dance-sque effect by going faster and getting crits more often. SpA is usable, so you can run a Nasty Plot set or just use Hidden Power for coverage against Ferrothorn or Heatran or whatever.
Brest yet, since this Liepard is made for sweeping, it doesn't really interfere with base form Liepard's role as a supporter. I like it when a mega form and a non-mega form do completely different stuff.
