Finally, a gym battle that made me sweat a little.
>Salvador leads and Thunderbolts Sigilyph to one hp>Go for Psychic, forgetting hyper potions exist and Sigilyph can get off light screen before going down>Meowstic is next, Salvador Thunderbolts and survives a Shadow Ball thanks to an earlier light screen, switching into Firestar who fails to ko with Crunch>Olympia then wastes a turn healing and Meowstic goes down to two Flamethrower>Shelly gets an Ellen Ripley moment, switching into a yawn from Slowking and sets up Lucky Chant>Turns go back and forth as Calm Mind and Psychic take their toll on Shelly, leaving me with little other choice bu Loretta>Loretta tanks a Psychic and Digs, missing the kill by one hp>Slowking uses yawn, and Loretta can end the battle with ReturnIt took seven gyms, but i finally got my challenging gym battle. Character arcs are settled, unsubtle villains are revealed, and threads are bumped. Such is life on 4chan.
