Every Phazer is OHKO'd by base Shuckle
This applies to Sturdy as well.
You make it seem like people have more than 1 phazer on a team, or have worry seed ever
Granted, in OU, Perish Song is usually only used by Politied, most common weather setter, but in Ubers, is outclassed by Kyogre, who does not have it. Offensive Mewtwo can't even damage Shuckle much after a single boost. After all phazers are gone, Shuckle can come in and setup without issue, this applies to Ubers and not OU, because OU is a silly place for Shuckle.
regardless of how you see this, it is a gimmick and should never be taken seriously ever
