So, I'm not exactly the most talented individual. I mean, hell, I suck at coding and this will probably never be more than a pipe dream unless someone helps me code it while I do the art, but I had an idea for a rom hack for the PTCG game, and I wanted to build a roster out of a bunch of cool pokemon I enjoy, while also using ones not as popular in other rom-hacks. My tastes are odd, which explains the strange roster, but I think I balanced coolmons and random weirdos quite well.
I don't have many ideas for the cards, but I do have some:
>Maushold works like Maushold EX does, except MUCH weaker
>Garbodor poisons pokemon if it's in the active spot
>Hippowdon causes 10 damage to all non-fighting pokemon on the board at the start of your turn
>Rotom has a poke-power to swap Rotom out for one of it's appliances that change it's type and main attack
>Burmy has 3 split evos that function similarly to Rotom
>Wishiwashi can evolve on the turn it's played, but returns back to it's first stage if the evolution is on 30HP or less
>Wo-Chien/Ting-Lu have a permanent defender (take 10 less damage)
>Chi-Yu/Chien-Pao have a permanent pluspower (do 10 more damage)
>Rabsca has an attack that can revive stage 1 or basic pokemon that are under 50HP
>Barbaracle has a coin-flip attack that constantly deals 10 damage until you land a tails
>Grimer, Mr. Mime and Tangela function the same as they do in the original game
>Galar Fossils have an attack that does 60 damage on the turn they evolve, turning to 30 on subsequent turns
>Gigantimax Toxtricity/Centiskorch is an item that heals 20HP and lets you do 20 extra damage until your next turn
