Northington's the idea man, while maybe not the leader, he is the one heading this project. The Admin's deffer to him. He's the only one who can read the ancient Uroban clues to the location of Quetz and the method of awakening him.
Bronson (Bronze/Brawn) is the foreman, he's the one who orders the troops and organizes the hard labor. He's no stranger to hard work himself and isn't afraid to take off his jacket and roll up his sleeves if that's what it takes to get the job done. He doesn't stand for anyone questioning his authority, if there's a job that needs doing he'll see it through to the end no matter who tries to stand in his way.
Irene (Iron) she engineers the jobs, figures out what's going to be needed to get them done. She's also the face of the group, she's responsible for keeping the Uroban press/govt in check. She has a stern and professional attitude due to working so long in a mostly male dominated field. Northington tells her where to dig/search and what to look for, but it's her job to figure out how to do it.
Sil (gender ambiguous name 'silvan/silvia'/also silicon chips) s/he's Northington's second in command, in charge of carrying Northington's orders out to the other team members as well as monitoring project deadlines and making sure the other Admin's receive all the resources they need.
