So the vernacular is straight english and not in Sage-bureaucracy-ese. Completed column means it is done with respects to content creation. Approved means whatever the "confirmed" equivalent is at the end of every survey process. If a box does not exist it means that that box does not apply to that item and we do not do that thing for it. I do not actually know if music is done being surveyed but I have been told it itself is done.
