Also, you can't mirror one dimensional characters because they don't have enough traits to mirror without becoming different characters.
Say, you were to mirror Mario. What do you get? mario but bad. You can't make anything with that which is why every subsequent appearance of wario made him different from mario.
Serena is mild mannered so mirror Serena is Rude. But Serena's mild manners is what made her seek out Ash and led to her being invited. If she were one dimensional she would simply not be interested in traveling with Ash. But that wouldn't be mirror Serena it'd be a mirrored Serena trait. Serena has a crush on Ash. a mirrored Serena trait is not having a crush. a Mirrored Serena is having the crush for a different reason. Do I go on?
