The gym leader introduces himself as Bugsy, and says that some group called Team Rocket is messing around in the town and trying to run their scams. He informs you that he's been trying to crack down on their hideout, but he's not sure where it is other than it being somewhere near Route 22. He says that it was nice meeting you and that he'll head back to his gym at Aconitium Town and that he'll be there when you arrive. Cool; now you can focus on picking up some chicks!
