It's a fucking console RPG centered around raising creatures, by the highest grossing franchise on Earth.
Interacting with your pokemon shouldnt be limited to some shitty locked mini-game like in 3DS games.
You should be able to take your pokemon out at any moment, to have them follow you, to ride them, to have them fetch items for you....etc
