Somehow i remember becoming obsessed very clearly but i find it hard to believe i could remember something from when i was 4 but who knows,. Maybe Pokemon made THAT big of an impact on my life. Funnily enough i was exclusevely an Anime guy. I would buy the merchandise but i never tried the games until 2006 when Emerald came out. I did play Pokemon Stadium 2 though. The Multiplayer was a blast but the turn base gameplay of the battles bored me to death back then.
