The right hand's position makes the whole pose look really stilted and the 3/4 angle you are drawing the face at does not look very accurate there should be more of it showing
You want to make sure your sketch looks good before you start coloring and shading or you're going to put a lot more work on yourself if you want to go back and edit it
I've learned that faces and especially eyes, are everything in a drawing. Every component has to come together but the face is where the brain will immediately focus on
The actual body, dress, and legs look good though
