Would it be best to keep rotating my "failures" to have the best pick of IV's? Right now I'm using a friend safari 2 iv random and a 5 iv destiny knotted sir.
If I choose a failure 3/4 iv failure will it up my chances to get more 5 iv ones or am I misunderstanding the destiny knot?
